sean thinks it’s because our save-the-dates have a photo of us and it is obvious that we enjoy food. i think it’s because people know we are foodies. but the fact of the matter is that it doesn’t matter why. we are receiving food-related wedding gifts and are tickled silly!

last week we received a tagine from clark family friends, jeanne and tom. on saturday we prepared our first tagine – the food cooked in a tagine is also called tagine – chicken with fennel bulb. holy moly! that’s some seriously amazing food. we are now trying to figure out how to cook all three meals a day in the miraculous tagine.
